(A) Pot Hole ready mix consists of 2 components
1.Wintec High Performance wintec Binder
2.MonoConfalt Bituminized aggregates

(B) 25kg MonoConfalt ready mix 1.6 liter water (6.4% by weight)
(C) Small amount can be mixed with a drilling machine But a paddle pan mixer or flow mixer is more suitable for more systematic repairs.
(D) Clean the pot hole with high pressure water and/or Air. Remove water and debris from the pot hole
(E) Use a wintec AB primer and make sure to seal Completely the base.If no primer available-make sure that pot hole Is clean and humid.
(F) Use a traditional smoothing board/hand troweller to Level the MonoConfalt RS mall vibrating rubber plate is under construction Systematic repair jobs.
(G) By slapping the surface carefully you will generate more moist and filler on the surface if needed.
(H) By dragging a broom over the surface it is possible to make a skid resistant surface. Alternatively saturate with sand or aggregates.

Wintec Ferroplan is used to strengthen broken and
under dimensioned pavings in industrial area's,harbors, airports etc.
Wintec Ferroplan overlays consist of one or more layers
of welded mesh reinforcement with diameters
from £X6mm up to £X25mm and # from 20~50mm which,
if possible or necessary , are structurally anchored to the sub base.
The Wintec Ferroplan system contains a high amount of fibre
reinforcement combined with the main reinforcement to
achieve so far unseen properties and durablity for cementitious materials.
Typical properties are Compressive strength of 100 N/mm2
and Bending Tensile strength of 70 N/mm2.
